Gamma lota Boulé Foundation is dedicated to improving living conditions in the Greater Rochester Area.

Many individuals of African descent in the Greater Rochester Area are facing serious economic, health, and educational challenges. These challenges negatively affect them, their families, and the overall wellbeing of our Community.

To help with these issues, our organization focuses on social and charitable activities dealing with Healthy Living Awareness, Economic Development, Leadersnip Development, ana Aavancement or taucation.

We provide direct resources and act as a catalyst for the creation and development of a network of strategic partners focused on positively affecting the wellbeing of individuals of African descent in our area, as well as their families, and the overall Community.
Through scholarships, grants, programs, and partnerships, we are addressing today’s needs now and laying a foundation for success in the future.

Our Vision Is to transform Rochester into an attractive place for individuals of African descent to live in, whereby their abilities/skills, contributions, and potential are recognized, celebrated, nurtured, and utilized in a fair and equitable manner.

Mission

Provide direct resources to individuals of African descent in the areas of healthy living awareness, economic development, leadership development, and advancement of education.

We will act as a catalyst for the creation and development of a network of strategic partners focused on positively affecting their wellbeing now and laying a foundation for success in the future.

Help develop, promote, sustain and increase the pipline of emerging leaders who are individulas of African descent within the Greater Rochester Area

Help promote, sustain, and increase individual and collective financial wellbeing for individuals of African descent within the Greater Rochester Area

Promote, sustain, and increase individual and collective knowledge and abilities for the benefit of African descent learners within the Greater Rochester Area

Healthy Living

Help promote wellness and improve individual and collective overall health of African descent residents within the Greater Rochester Area

Vision

Rochester becomes an attractive city for individuals of African descent to live in, and GIB Foundation becomes regarded as Rochester’s leading organization for elevating individuals of African descent whereby their abilities/skills, contributions, and potential are recognized, celebrated, nurtured, and used in a fair and equitable manner.
